Victor has been leading DC BARS since April 2017. Victor’s career at DC BARS started in 1998, and has included the positions of Software Test Engineer, Team Lead, Project Manager, and Program Manager. In 2005, Victor was appointed Director of Engineering, in charge of more than 15 active projects grouped into three programs.
Since 2011, Victor held the position of Vice President, Engineering. Our success is to a great extent based on his thoughtful and energetic approach to everything from daily operations management to long-term strategy.
Before joining us, Victor had worked at the Computing Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences since he graduated from the Moscow State University in 1993. He has acquired wide scientifc and software engineering experience doing applied research in multiprocessor parallel computing and developing software database applications and industrial automation software.
